Emraay Solutions provides web development, I.T services, and technical recruitment. Specific service agreements and Statements of Work (SOW) may supplement these general terms.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement, Emraay Solutions retains all rights, title, and interest in and to its proprietary methodologies, software, and tools used to deliver services. Client-specific deliverables will be governed by the applicable project contract.
4. User Obligations
Users agree to provide accurate information and to use our platforms and services only for lawful purposes. Unauthorized use or attempt to bypass security measures is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Emraay Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or products.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States, respectively, based on the specific entity providing the service and the location of the engagement.
